Ms. Megan Newton

I am beginning my 22nd year teaching and my 14th year at the Early College High School. I grew up in eastern North Carolina and attended East Carolina University on the NC Teaching Fellows Scholarship. I am a National Board certified teacher and the 2014-2015 Beaufort County Teacher of the Year. I am passionate about teaching students to write and helping them find the joy in reading.
